I read The Eyre Affair way back in the early 2000s, and added the additional titles in the series to my collection as they were published. I even got to meet Jasper Fforde back in 2010 at a Barnes and Noble in Atlanta (I react to authors like others feel meeting rock stars or actors). I’ve not read the later books, so I decided to go back and reread the earlier ones. Thankfully it’s been so long it’s almost like reading them for the first time!
