This is the first book I’ve read since moving to this part of the US that’s set within an hour of where I live, and I could recognize the area described. I first spotted this novel at a bookstore in Kennett Square, PA. I love the 80s setting, the touch of suspense, the coming-of-age aspect, and the sense of loss.
