Charming

The 1930s was my “reading through the decades” period this month, and after a failed attempt to finally read Brave New World (it’s been on my shelf for literally decades), I decided that, given the very real dumpster fire of a world we are living in, to opt for something more lighthearted. Enter Jeeves and Bertie, in this collection of stories by PG Wodehouse, and they were just the ticket. I laughed out loud and was thoroughly entertained by this odd couple of a gentleman and his personal servant. Now I need to watch the adaptation featuring Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry.
