This weekend I stopped by @kiss_and_tale_bookshop, a new romance-themed bookstore just across the river in New Jersey, which I’ve been following here on Instagram. What a fun shop, beginning with that name! Books are organized by theme/genre, like historical, YA, local, LGBTQIA+, romantasy, etc. I could not resist one of their plushies because yes, fictional men ARE appealing, and I also picked up this queer Victorian romance which looks so fun. I love that a bookstore like this exists in our area, and I hope they will be around for many years to come.
