I’ve been following @cincybookbus for awhile now, as aside from the adorableness of the bus, many of the books they curate are not ones to be found in your average bookstore, at least in the US. I really wish Cincinnati wasn’t such a long drive from Delaware, because I’d love to visit their book depot and browse in person! So I did the next best thing, and ordered a few books. It started with Helene Hanff’s Letters from New York, which I already own in paperback but this new edition is so lovely. So then I perused their instagram and found a few other must-haves, including a non-fiction book by Elizabeth von Arnim. Enchanted April is one of my favorite films from the time it first came out (30 years ago!) and the novel by von Arnim that it was based on is a sentimental favorite as well (and one of the rare movie tie-in covers in my collection). Aren’t all these book covers beautiful?
