After my last book, I was looked for a lighthearted read, and pulled this one off my shelf, mistakenly thinking it would fit the bill. It’s been a long time since a book brought tears to my eyes. It’s not lighthearted, but full of heart, and sorrow, and joy, loneliness, friendship, grief, love, and all the things that make up a life. Now I want to read the sequel.
